In-house laboratory

The same testing apparatus and programs as SGS

Every batch is tested in our own lab before shipment, so problems are caught in the factory — not in your production line.

Strength tester

Chain crosswise strength, slider pull-off, top/bottom stop holding — verified against order specs.

Reciprocating durability tester

Repeated open–close cycling to simulate real product life before failure.

Salt-spray tester

Corrosion resistance of metal teeth and sliders — critical for humid and coastal markets.

Washing & rub color-fastness

Tape color tested against laundering and abrasion to EU/US benchmarks.

Heavy-metal tester

Chemical safety screening for garments, including children's clothing requirements.

Needle detector

Final metal-contamination scan for garment-safety compliance before packing.

Full-process control

Why in-house production means consistent quality

All production processes are completed independently inside our 12,000 m² facility — metal surface treatment, ribbon weaving and dyeing, slider die-casting and coating, and full zipper assembly. No outsourced steps means no invisible quality gaps between suppliers.
